How it works

This service is specially designed for people who are happy with their current intranet platform or don’t have the budget to update it, but are looking for some ideas and inspiration to make things better.

ClearBox has successfully collaborated with clients remotely for the last 17 years, so we can confidently deliver the full service anywhere in the world. Before we start we’ll send you a questionnaire that will help us understand your intranet purpose, history and basic details. We’ll then ask you to give us a guided tour of your intranet for orientation and to agree the scope of what we’re to look at. We’ll then ask for time to explore ourselves – either by screen-sharing or remote access.

After our research we’ll write your report and schedule a report-back session. You’ll get your action plan within a week of us starting.
