The 2024 ClearBox intranet report, released and free

How the report will help you

We’ve reviewed intranet products since 2016 and we launched the first edition of our Intranets and Employee Experience Platforms report in 2022. In each report we’ve taken market leaders through their paces and helped readers make the right choices for their businesses. We’ve taken that experience, and the experience of working with scores of clients on their digital workplace projects, to create this new report that assesses some of the best intranet and associated communication products on the market.

Each vendor demonstrated to us how their software fulfils certain business scenarios. We identified these scenarios after months of research into the products on the market, user needs, and business requirements. The scenarios are outlined in the report’s introduction and our reviewers used the framework to form each review.

Thousands of you downloaded the 2023 edition (thank you for your support!) and you will find that the 2024 edition is entirely different.

Following reader research, we’ve reduced the number of scenarios and updated them, plus changed the structure of the reviews so there are more screenshots than ever. We’ve also introduced a few new products this time too, both as full reviews with scores and as ‘product overview’ reviews.

If you have the 2023 edition I’d strongly encourage you to download this new edition so that you can read the most up-to-date information possible about the market. It’s our best edition yet!
